Principal's Message
Happy New Year to our wonderful Driftwood Families and our proud Driftwood Elementary Community!
As we begin the 2025–2026 school year, we’re excited to see our students continue to grow, learn, and bloom into their full potential. Our theme, “Great Minds Bloom Here,” reminds us that with care, support, and collaboration, every child can flourish academically and socially.
As always, we’re starting strong with a focus on academics. Teachers have reviewed FAST PM #1 data and have been working hard to close learning gaps while enriching instruction with engaging, grade-level content. Your support at home is key to helping our students thrive—thank you for being an essential part of our Driftwood family.
Finally, we’ll continue nurturing what it means to be a Driftwood Learner—safe, kind, and engaged. When students come ready to learn, they not only grow individually but help our entire school community bloom.
